Restaurant Nazka
Peruvian Fine Dining, Amsterdam
‘Sabor de la Vida’: The taste of life.
A stimulating place to enjoy Peruvian cuisine with friends and family, and to experience the Latino vibe.
Guests enter through a former grocery store, where a mural and a cluster of woven PET bottle lamps enhance the grandeur of the space.
The interior primarily serves to complement the beautifully presented dishes, wines and cocktails . The diversity of colors, flavors, and textures play a key role.
The atmosphere is largely determined by the warmth of the staff, who are happy to tell you about the origins of the dishes.
A specially designed 3D-printed wall made of bio-based material hangs in front of the partition between the kitchen and the restaurant area.
The semi-open structure filters light and sound, offering transparency or privacy from different angles within the space.
The feeling of al fresco dining and exuberance, combined with refinement and comfort, make the restaurant a vibrant place to return to.
