To make it a pleasant experience it is key to be well prepared and to choose your companions wisely; Getting the right people on board to help you with decision making, guiding you during the process and spending your time and budget efficiently and effectively.

Getting to know each other

To ensure we make a good team and we will all arrive at the right destination, we first need to determine the correct course:

In a first meeting we like to get to know you and the location, hear about your ambitions and goals and gain insight into the challenges and conditions so we can define the assignment with care. In a specified quotation we clearly summarize the task and give you an overview of our services and fee.

If we both think it’s a good match we take off !

The Design

The design process is divided into a few phases working from a conceptual towards a detailed proposal. This step by step approach maps out the available options in the beginning and narrows down possibilities towards the best suitable solution at the end.

Costs and Permits

After approved of the final design it can be submitted for quote requests at contractors, interior builders, decorators and other executing parties. We have a broad range of parties we work with regularly but are always open to new connections if you might already have any preferences.

In some cases permits are required from certain institutions. We can take care of that too.

Preparation

Before the actual execution of the design begins we want to make sure all parties know what to do and are ready to start. A good planning and clear communication will structure the process. Investing time at the start will save everyone time and money at the end.

Supervision

During the actual building and execution of the design we keep an eye on whether things are going according to plan.
