KBF Warehouse is a modern office complex located in a former chewing gum factory in Amsterdam’s fast evolving riverside district Amstelkwartier where urban living, offices and shops are being developed over the next few years.
‘Timeless Investments commissioned us to design a warm, vibrant hospitality area where a café, deli, reception, lobby and event spaces are combined.’
‘The lobby is furnished with a diverse selection of seating options matching your preference of the day.’
It leads to a gallery space with meeting pods and acces to a large event space.
‘The bubble gum history is visible in the artwork and in more subtle details in furniture and tiles.’
‘On the other side of the café and deli area is a large multifunctional meeting room that can also be used as a private dining.’
‘The café is not only the heart of the building, it attracts locals and people from the surrounding offices who meet each other here for coffee and lunch to stay or take away.’
